Well, I’ve got yet another fabulous new skincare line that is touted as one of the hottest new companies in the industry. Mixed Chicks creators - Wendi Levy and Kim Etheredge

Great news for all of you readers who are embracing their natural textures – Mixed Chicks is now sold in Target stores nationwid and online. Mixed Chicks is one of my favorite hair care lines and is one of the first curly girl lines that I ever endorsed. The creators of Mixed Chicks - Wendi Levy and Kim Etheredge are two mixed race women who were on a mission to help women of all ethnicities and backgrounds enhance their natural curly/wavy/frizzy hair with products that nutured and protected their curls. The hair care duo started with a leave-in conditioner that defined curls and waves with just one application. They have graduated into a fully comprehensive line with shampoo, conditioner, styling aids and even products made for children. It is so wonderful to see this brand grow and gain national exposure as there are so many curly girls out there who will now get a chance to experience the Mixed Chicks hair care line for themselves. Run to your nearest Target store and grab some Mixed Chicks for beautiful curls you can be proud of!

  • I’m Currently Obsessed With…Paul Frank Lip Smackers

Paul Frank Lip Smackers , $3.99 for set of 3,

Lip Smackers were my first beauty obsession. I was in the 4th grade and couldn’t get enough of those delectable, candy-flavored lip glosses that were innocent enough to wear in Catholic school. Fast forward to 2012 and they are back and better than ever with new flavors, packaging and limited-edition collections. The latest collabo is with Paul Frank, the creator of several 90’s pop culture characters, most notably Julius the Chimp. The new trios are covered in Paul Frank designs and come in flavors such as; Julius’ Strawberry Banana, Worry Bear’s Honey Sweet and Spicoli’s Spumoni.

  • I’m Currently Obsessed With….Jason Wu for Target

Jason Wu for Target has me obsessed!

I am so feeling the Jason Wu for Target Collection that is currently in stores and online. His clean, elegant lines and sophisticated yet wearable silhouettes make me want to purchase the entire collection and start dressing like a lady again. Not that I don’t look like a lady but there’s something to be said about dressing up which seems to be a lost art form these days! I especially love the black cat that is featured prominently in the ad campaigns as well as in some of the clothing. The black cat tee is super sweet and would be a great addition to my wardrobe for spring!
